Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse in Georgia to provide one-on-one, skilled care in patients' homes or ambulatory infusion suites. The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to build meaningful patient connections while delivering life-changing therapies.

Travel to patient homes, educational support for self-care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are key. Hiring part-time, 24-28 hours weekly with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in GA.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 1+ year RN infusion/IV therapy experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes using a personal or rental vehicle.
• Provide infusion care per policies, protocols and physician orders.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and self-administration.
• Assess home safety, caregiver support, and patient independence.
• Maintain patient histories, assessments and plans of care.
