Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in MO.
• MO or Compact RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain before start.
• 2+ years RN experience in infusion or IV therapy settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes and related sites using a personal or rental vehicle.
• Provide safe and compliant infusion services per policies and orders.
• Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy including home safety and caregiver support.
• Maintain accurate patient histories, assessments and documentation (plans of care, visit notes).
• Deliver skilled nursing care across ages per physician orders and treatment plans.
• Establish and access vascular devices (peripheral IVs, PICC lines, ports).
• Administer medications and monitor responses and potential adverse effects.
• Communicate patient status and therapy response with physicians and care team promptly.
• Assist in staff orientation and training as requested.
