Job summary

Aetna in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Infusion) to deliver infusion therapies in patients' homes, following physician treatment plans and ensuring high‑quality care. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with unrestricted license in Arizona; additional licensure may be required in multi‑state service areas.
• Minimum twelve months nursing experience; IV‑associated experience a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and patient documentation.
• Availability for on‑call rotation as indicated.
• COVID‑19 vaccination: at least one dose prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide variety of infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Use clinical IV expertise and personal contact to help patients recover in the comfort of their home.
• Provide one‑on‑one home‑infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician’s treatment plan.
• Use excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Continue training on leading edge and medical needs in specialty infusion; certification and recertification expenses may be reimbursed for eligible RN including certified registered nurse of infusion (CRNI).
