Job summary

Aetna is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality IV care in patients' homes across the Milwaukee metro area. This full-time role requires Wisconsin RN licensure and availability for travel as part of patient-centered infusion services.

You will perform a range of infusion treatments, educate patients, and support physician care plans. Travel up to two hours in each direction and participate in on-call rotations; CRNI certification reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience; IV experience is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to travel up to two hours in all directions; longer travel may be required.
• Participation in on‑call rotation as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of infusion treatment options in patients’ homes.
• Use your IV skills and personal care to help patients improve comfort in their own homes.
• Deliver one‑on‑one home infusion nursing visits and patient education according to the physician’s care plan.
• Travel up to two hours each direction; occasional travel beyond two hours may be required in certain regions.
• Provide continuous education on latest generation and medical needs in home infusion.
• Professional nurse certifications and recertification fees, including for CRNI®, may be reimbursed for eligible RNs.
