Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infusion RN II in the Brooklyn/Queens area to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. You will ensure patient safety under a physician’s plan of care, with supervision as appropriate.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Expect travel up to 100% for business, with emphasis on safe, patient-centered care and accurate, timely

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Modifies plan of treatment in response to changing patient status or physician orders.
• Obtains physician orders and informs physician of significant changes; submits written summaries.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Documents in real-time during visits for billing and continuity of care.
