Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care for home or alternate infusion site.
• Assesses patient needs during visits and communicates changes to physicians.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurses as needed.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures compliance with timelines.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares patient instructions for patients and families.
