Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion settings. You’ll work under supervision to ensure safety and adherence to physician plans, while educating patients and families and documenting care in real-time.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, a BSN is preferred, and infusion nursing experience is a plus. Travel up to 100% may be required based on patient needs and assignments.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required and infusion nursing competency.
• 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and delivers intermediate nursing care per physician plan.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real-time and coordinates with clinical team.
• Ensures patient safety and continuity of care in home or infusion suite.
