Job summary
Naven Health is a nationwide home infusion nursing network. We seek an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or infusion site under supervision, delivering safe, structured care per physician plans. Responsibilities include initiating nursing plans, educating families, and coordinating with clinical teams across our infusion program.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and 0–2 years infusion experience. Travel is required, with compensation and benefits as listed.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in state of practice.
- 0–2 years infusion nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
- Ability to use computers and nursing technology tools.
Responsibilities
- Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
- Assesses patient needs and responds to changes in status.
- Provides patient and family education on prescribed therapy and care.
- Communicates with Clinical team for continuity of care.
- Documents care in real-time and prepares discharge summaries when transferring care.
