Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks an RN Infusion Nurse to provide one-to-one infusion therapies in patients' homes across Nogales, Oro Valley, and surrounding areas. This PRN role covers days/evenings/weekends with on-call rotation as part of Amerita’s family brands.

The position requires a nursing degree, an active RN license, and IV therapy experience, plus a willingness to travel and adapt to shifting schedules. Compensation ranges from $42.00 to $46.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule with availability for various shift models.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; willing to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess all patients and establish the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion nursing, pharmacy services, and state regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers, and patients to monitor therapies.
• Document patient care in home or AIS records; manage vascular access devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers; coordinate care with home health and other agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and complete required trainings.
