Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Arizona seeks an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Tucson, AZ, and surrounding locations. The RN will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits while providing compassionate care with minimal supervision.

The role involves managing admissions, infusions, and follow-up visits, maintaining thorough documentation, and coordinating with physicians and pharmacy teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Five years of nursing experience in acute care preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily EMR forms for each patient in a secure EMR system.
• Provide admission, case management and follow-up nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care/infusions and follow physician orders and clinical manager guidance.
• Develop initial treatment plans with physicians based on orders and patient assessment.
• Provide hands-on care and education to patients and families.
• Report patient progress to physician, pharmacy and clinical manager continuously.
• Discharge patients after consultation and complete necessary documentation.
