Quad Recruitment partners with a leading home infusion provider to recruit a Pharmacy Manager for their Glendale, CA location. The role oversees pharmacy operations, drives clinical excellence, and shapes patient care strategy.

A licensed pharmacist with strong leadership in home infusion is required. You'll lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational planning in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Master of Science in Pharmacy.
California Pharmacist license with active registration.
Minimum 5 years of pharmacy operations and clinical experience in home infusion.
Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
Oversee sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical services.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with operations to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery.
Assist procurement and inventory management of medications and supplies.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare management reports and contribute to budgeting and planning.
Maintain pharmacist on-call coverage and Pharmacist-in-Charge duties.
Support business development and growth initiatives when requested.
