Qualifications

• Active Indiana Pharmacist license.
• 5+ years of home infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Proven leadership experience supervising a pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices for home infusion therapy.
• Manage medication and supply inventory including storage, handling and disposal.
• Maintain records and conduct audits to support quality standards.
• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications for accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize medication regimens for home infusion patients.
• Provide medication therapy management and patient education on home infusion treatments.
• Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to foster a collaborative environment.
• Encourage continuing education and keep staff updated on home infusion developments.
• Address staff performance and operational issues professionally.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and manufacturers to support seamless operations.
