• Current, unrestricted California pharmacist license.
• 5+ years of pharmacy operations experience, including clinical home infusion.
• BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team day to day, including hiring, training, and performance.
• Own the clean room and sterile compounding process.
• Step into clinical pharmacist duties when the team needs you.
• Help set the pharmacy's budget and performance goals.
