Proclinical is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead a home infusion nursing program in Fort Worth, TX. This permanent role focuses on operational leadership, patient care coordination with providers and pharmacy teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will oversee nursing visits, educate patients and caregivers, supervise staff, and may provide direct infusion nursing care in home settings as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing is required.
• BSN preferred.
• OCN certification is required.
• ONS Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Provider Card required.
• CRNI certification desirable.
• Commitment to ongoing education to maintain licensure and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operations and management of the home infusion nursing program.
• Coordinate nursing visits and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide direct infusion nursing care to patients in their homes as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home medical management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
