Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a licensed RN to serve as Nursing Supervisor in Florida. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician's plan, and oversee care planning, staff training, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring Nursing Care Plans, supervising staff, and acting as Administrator of Nursing when needed. Travel within the service area may be required as part of leadership duties.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state with supervisory/charge experience or progression.
• Required CPR certification and active professional membership.
• Experience in home health or infusion care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete patient assessment, care planning, and education.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as Administrator/Director of Nursing in absence of leadership.
• Coordinate on-call duties and maintain confidentiality of patient data.
• Lead performance reviews and supervise field staff and operations.
