Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide direct and indirect patient care coordination under a physician plan. This role involves clinical management of home infusion patients, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The position may serve as alternate administrator or director of nursing as needed and requires current RN licensure with supervisory experience, CPR certification, and travel readiness for home visits.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in current state of practice with supervisory/charge experience or 3 years of progressive nursing experience.
• Requires CPR certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business purposes.

Responsabilités

• Supervise clinical home infusion patients, oversee nursing team and care plans.
• Oversee documentation, billing, and compliance with regulations.
• Act as Administrator/Director of Nursing in absence of a director or manager.
