The role requires an RN license in the state, CPR certification, and 1 year of supervisory experience (or 3 years of nursing practice with progression). Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a license in the current state of practice and 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience, or 3 years of relevant nursing experience with proven progression.
• CPR certification is required and membership in a state or national professional organization is preferred.
• Strong documentation, time management, and transportation capability for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee patient care activities within home infusion programs.
• Manage nursing care plans, modify as needed, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff training, on-call coverage, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to support patient outcomes and service delivery.
