Amerita, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an RN for infusion in Brooklyn on weekends, providing 1:1 care in patients' homes. You will manage IV therapies and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires NY RN license, CPR, and prior infusion or home health experience. Travel to patient homes is expected; weekend availability is essential. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• 1 year minimum RN experience.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, establish and implement the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion, pharmacy and state regulations.
• Follow INS/IgNS, CDC guidelines and ANA ethics.
