Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in home or infusion-site settings under supervision. You will implement care plans, administer therapies, and educate patients and families to promote safe, effective treatment.

Responsibilities include timely documentation, collaboration with the clinical team, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies while traveling to patient homes as required.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in state of practice.
• 1 year infusion nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and implements basic nursing care in home or infusion sites.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Completes documentation and coordinates with clinical team for continuity of care.
