Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or infusion sites, under physician supervision. You will initiate, assess, and adjust nursing plans, while documenting details in real time and coordinating with the clinical team.

You will travel to patient locations as needed, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and ensure safe, effective infusion therapy with patient-family education and ongoing support.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required by policy.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred; 0–2 years minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic direct patient care in home or infusion site under physician plan of care.
• Initiate and modify nursing care plans; document progress and communicate with the team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and prepare summaries for transitions of care.
• Educate patients and families; ensure safety and continuity of care.
