Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, under supervision. You will implement nursing plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families to support independent care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and ability to travel to patient homes. Strong computer and documentation skills are essential, with coordination across clinical teams and physicians to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit.
• Provides patient and family education for independence with prescribed therapy.
• Communicates with Clinical team and physicians to coordinate care.
• Completes real-time documentation for billing and records.
