Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide nurse-led care in patients’ homes or alternate infusion sites, under close supervision. You will implement care plans, perform infusions, educate patients and families, and document care in real time to ensure safety and continuity.

Qualified applicants hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and are comfortable with travel. A BSN is preferred and familiarity with nursing tech tools is beneficial while adhering to HIPAA and agency

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Ability to apply nursing technology tools to document and communicate care.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and documents outcomes in real time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides patient instructions for home care.
