Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes direct patient care and administers medications.
• Educates patients and families and documents care in real time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and summaries as applicable.
