Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a seasoned Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion settings. You will ensure patient safety under a physician plan of care, working under supervision, and collaborating with the clinical team.

The role requires an active RN license and at least one year of infusion nursing experience, with CPR certification. Travel to patient sites up to 100% may be required, and you will document care in real time

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in infusion.
• CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates infusion care in home or alternate suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Documents care and communicates with clinical team.
• Ensures patient safety and compliance with plan of care.
