Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite. This licensed RN follows a physician’s plan of care under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.

The role emphasizes performing treatments, educating patients and families, and maintaining real-time documentation for billing and compliance. Travel may be required as part of patient care across settings.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing care plans.
• Provides direct patient care in home or alternate infusion setting.
• Educates patients and families on treatment and plan of care.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and documents in real time.
• Coaches and mentors Infusion Nurse I as needed.
