Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a licensed Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate nursing care in patients' homes or alternate infusion sites under a physician's plan of care. You will work under supervision to ensure safety, continuity, and high-quality care.

You will perform treatments, educate families, document care in real time, and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes and billing compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with home infusion or alternate infusion sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing care plans.
• Provides direct patient care and administers medications in home or infusion suite.
• Documents patient progress and communicates with the clinical team.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapies and care plans.
• Ensures safety and compliance with physician orders and policy.
