Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Sandy Springs, GA area. The role involves direct patient care, assessments, care planning, and education in home or alternate care settings.

The position requires RN licensure and experience with infusion therapies. The Infusion Nurse will collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and care partners, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the state.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Experience with infusion therapy is preferred.
• On-call and after-hours availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Coordinate care with care team members and providers.
• Educate patient and care partner on infusion procedures and safety.
• Document encounters and ensure compliance with policies.
