Job summary

Naven Health in Georgia is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under a physician's plan of care with close supervision.

You will administer treatments, educate patients and families, and document care in real time while coordinating with the clinical team to ensure continuity and compliance with policies. RN licensure, CPR, and infusion experience are preferred; driving is required with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year of infusion nursing experience preferred/required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care in home or infusion site.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real time and communicates with clinical team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and follow-up with physician orders.
• Maintains compliance with policies and safety procedures.
