Job summary

Naven Health in Pocahontas, AR is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or infusion sites under supervision. You will administer therapies, educate patients and families, and document care in real time to support safe, compliant treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, and is willing to travel to patient homes. A BSN is preferred; baseline computer skills and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care during home visits.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Documents care in real-time and communicates with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares patient instructions for ongoing care.
