Training, flexible scheduling, and supportive teamwork enhance your ability to provide exceptional home care. The position requires an active RN license in New Jersey, 1–2 years of infusion or home health experience, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum 1-2 years of infusion therapy, IV therapy, or home health nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion (Port and PICC experience a plus, will train).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to infusion treatments.
• Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot IV access devices (PICC lines, ports, central lines).
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and home care protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams for seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Manage infusion supplies for each patient visit.

Responsibilities:

• Administer IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, hydration, IVIG and specialty medications in patients' homes
• Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to infusion treatments and report changes in condition
• Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral and central venous access devices (PICC lines, ports, central lines)
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and home care protocols
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
• Manage infusion supplies for each patient visit

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
