Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience, or equivalent external sales experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a sales environment with clear goals.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.
• Lowe's may assist with required sales licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, scheduling installers, processing orders, and following up on projects.
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock and replacements.
• Perform price reviews according to pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and store communications as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
