Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience and data entry ability.
• 6 months using retail tech such as smartphones/tablets.
• Basic arithmetic including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs.
• Assist customers through checkout and complete other duties.
