Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist in Plano, TX. You will be one of the first people customers meet, helping them find products and turn ideas into reality.

You’ll be the product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to close sales while guiding customers to home improvement solutions. You’ll rotate through departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more, with a focus on delivering expert service and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced store

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with required goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Lowe’s may require sales-related licensure or registration and will support this.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating the advantages of Lowe’s products.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule installer visits, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors/stores to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist across departments.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
