Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting products.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising maintenance in assigned areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Receive training in other store areas to support customer service goals.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout and complete other duties.
