Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Kyle, Texas. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience while supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes, bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
