Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver great service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
