Job summary

Lowe's in Dallas is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will assist with locating items, loading merchandise, and handling inquiries throughout the day.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of computer and retail tech experience, be able to lift up to 25 lbs, and be willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment with occasional cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting and basic data tasks.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
