Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months in Lowe’s retail, or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met.
• 1 year in sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with assistance.
• Sales-related licensure or registration if required by law; Lowe's will support and fund.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors; provide estimates, schedule installs, process orders, and follow up on completion.
• If in Pro department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout, calls, pages, and requests for assistance.
• Train associates in the department and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
