Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or Lowe's experience.
• 1 year in sales or customer service with required goals or metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Must lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.
• Licensure or registration may be required; Lowe's will support.

Aufgaben

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and promoting Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates and scheduling installer visits.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to find merchandise or replacements.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
