Job summary

You’ll work in departments such as Appliances, Flooring, or Windows & Walls, depending on need, and benefit from training, discounts, and growth opportunities at Lowe's.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education unmet).
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic; stand/sit for periods; lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating Lowe's advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule visits, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/store to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout and service requests; train associates on the sales floor.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
