Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year in sales or customer service with required sales goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and do basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.
• Obtain sales licensure if required by state (Lowe's will support).

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule installs, process orders, and follow up for project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing/documents.
• Support checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
