Job summary

You’ll act as product expert across departments like Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, delivering top-notch service throughout the store. This role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow through training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience required.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs.
• Sales-related licensure or registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, manage estimates and orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores for replacement stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist in-store requests.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach around development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
