Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling orders, installations, and follow-ups.
• Assist in pricing, inventory checks, and supporting checkout functions; train associates in the department.
