Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing sales experience or Lowe's retail exposure.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods; lift 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, installations, orders, and follow-ups.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock.
