Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist in the United States to help customers identify products and transform project ideas into reality. You will become a product expert, explaining specifications, features, and financing options to close sales, while delivering exceptional customer service across various departments.

You will work in one of several departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, Windows & Walls) depending on needs

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe's if education unmet).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by state (Lowe's will support).

Aufgaben

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs, answering questions, and communicating advantages of Lowe's products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide project estimates, schedule installers, process orders, and follow up for completion.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales with vendors/store coordination to find merchandise and replacement stock.
• Perform price reviews per policies and maintain pricing/documentation.
• Support all checkout functions, call buttons, departmental pages, or requests for assistance.
• Train department associates with on-the-job coaching.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
