Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right home improvement solutions inside our store. You will learn Lowe's products, explain features and financing options, and help customers complete purchases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external in customer sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education unmet).
• 1 year sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and highlighting Lowe's products and services.
• Act as point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates, scheduling installers, processing orders, and following up on project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores for merchandise and stock.
• Perform price reviews per pricing policies and maintain pricing/docs.
• Support checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates in the department and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
