Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro.
• Take measurements and photos.
• Prepare proposals using estimating software.
• Present estimates and highlight company value.
• Close and book jobs.
• Sell jobs at or above the company's target gross profit.
• Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
