Superior Contracting & Maintenance / Home Ease is seeking a Home Improvement Sales Consultant to meet homeowners, assess needs, and guide kitchen, bath, and remodeling projects from consultation to close. This on-the-road role offers significant upside with strong operational and marketing support.

You will close deals on-site, manage your pipeline, and leverage financing options with pre-qualified leads to move projects forward and maximize income potential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in in-home sales (strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to ask for the sale and close confidently.
• High level of self-motivation, urgency, and accountability.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends to meet homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Run pre-qualified in-home sales appointments to assess customer needs and present solutions.
