Job summary

Handyman Connection of Parker is seeking a Sales Associate / Estimator for home improvement and remodeling in Douglas County. You will meet homeowners, provide estimates, and close sales while building lasting customer relationships. The role requires a driver’s license, travel to sites, and a proactive, organized approach.

Base salary is $50,000/year with monthly performance bonuses. Partial remote work is possible after training, with strong growth opportunities in a trusted local brand.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners and provide estimates during on-site visits in Douglas County and the Southern Denver Metro.

• Maintain profitability by selling jobs at or above target gross profit.
• Cultivate referral partners with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners.
• Manage customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism.
• Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
