You will meet homeowners, provide estimates, sell and book jobs, and maintain profitability while building strong referral networks.

The role offers 100% commission with mileage reimbursement, warm in-bound leads, and potential for high earnings.

Qualifications

• Location-based requirement: Douglas County, CO.
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.
• Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented.
• Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized (CRM, estimating software, MS Office).
• Preferred experience in home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or PM.
• Independent, reliable, and able to manage time with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates – on-site visits in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals.
• Sell & Book Jobs – present estimates, highlight value, and close the sale.
• Maintain Profitability – sell jobs at or above target gross profit.
• Cultivate Referral Partners – build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners.
• Manage Communication – handle questions, warranty issues, and follow-ups professionally.
• Collaborate with the Team – work with office and field staff for smooth project execution.
